Peer Supervision Professional Certification (PSP)

This 20-hour foundational training fulfills the education requirement for the Peer Supervision Professional (PSP) certification and is aligned with the ASAP-NYCB Peer Supervision Professional Role Delineation Study (2023).

Designed for professionals who supervise peer recovery staff in substance use disorder service settings, this competency-based training builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for effective, ethical, recovery-oriented supervision. Participants learn how to support peer role integrity, strengthen professional growth, and create supervisory environments grounded in accountability, communication, and recovery values.
