Meet Lisa Nichols

Lisa Nichols is the Co-Founder of ElevatED Training Group and brings a unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to her work in workforce training and curriculum development. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and has been actively working in the behavioral health field since 2019.

Over the course of her career, Lisa has served as a Peer, Program Manager, and Supervisor, overseeing case managers, peers, and social workers. Alongside her direct service and leadership roles, she has trained a wide range of professionals—including peers, CASACs, and social workers—helping them build practical skills they can immediately apply in the field.

Lisa is a Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCPF) and a FOR-NY BEST Practice Trainer, further strengthening her ability to deliver high-quality, specialized training across the workforce.

Her combined experience in education and frontline practice allows her to design and deliver evidence-based, engaging curriculum that bridges theory and real-world application. She is deeply committed to making high-quality training accessible and relevant, and has played a key role in developing curriculum that supports workforce readiness and professional growth.
